Dr. Ben Sigman
FOUNDER & PRINCIPAL
Ben is passionate about helping leaders move forward the cause of Christ.
Ben is a catalytic leader and strategic thinker with over three decades of effective ministry experience and is passionate about assisting Christian faith-based organizations create successful resource strategies that make vision a reality.
Ben has helped many churches—from large multi-site churches to newer churches getting their first building. Ben also serves as Chief Advancement Officer at Southeastern University, consulting for University and School Development.
He holds both a master’s and Doctorate from Fuller Theological Seminary. Ben has been married to his wife, Terri, for over 25 years and is most proud of his two daughters who love and serve Jesus.

Nick Wallsteadt
GENEROSITY CONSULTANT
Nick serves as the lead pastor at Gold Creek Community Church, a multi-site church in the Seattle area. Prior to his role at Gold Creek, Nick was the Vice President of the Global Ministry Network at Southeastern University, overseeing partnerships with hundreds of leading churches in the United States and seeing thousands of students prepared for vocational ministry.He and his wife, Krissa, have two sons who keep them busy and informed on all things superheroes.

Jon Swanson, DWS

Jon is passionate about utilizing his strengths in leadership, creative communication, and fundraising to help organizations move from simply existing to fully maximizing their impact. He has over two decades of pastoral leadership experience and is a spiritual director and coach to pastors and leaders.Currently, Jon serves as the Assistant Superintendent for Reach, running the day-to-day operations of the second-largest conference of churches in the FMCUSA. Jon holds a Doctorate of Worship Studies (DWS), with doctoral research focused on the areas of Biblical Generosity and Stewardship.

Passionate about helping churches break through growth barriers, Joe brings real-world experience and relational candor to coaching forward-leaning pastors.At Ministry Advance, he specializes in guiding executive teams through next-level leadership development, building sustainable cultures of generosity, and navigating high-impact capital campaigns.

Eric is a forward-thinking, strategic ministry leader with over a decade of hands-on pastoral experience across preaching and teaching, leadership expansion, stewardship development, and communication strategy. Currently, Eric serves as a Campus Pastor at Gold Creek Community Church in the Seattle area.
Throughout his ministry, Eric has served as a Lead Pastor, Expansion Pastor, and digital content strategist, helping churches scale operations, drive continuous improvement, and foster vibrant volunteer cultures. He holds a Master of Arts in Leadership Studies from Northwest University and is deeply passionate about equipping churches to maximize their Kingdom impact.

Katie brings exceptional organizational leadership, high-level administrative management, and detail-oriented precision to the team. She oversees all client scheduling, operational coordination, and executive support to ensure smooth communication and seamless execution across every project.
A graduate of Southeastern University and based in Florida, she is passionate about creating structured, efficient systems that empower ministry leaders and keep complex projects moving forward smoothly.
